Handy Chrome extension to remind you to move to Amazon Smile to direct
donations to your favorite charity.


The red icon was generated via kleki.com by creating a new 128x128
image, and simply placing a read "a" into the image, and increasing
the font size to reach near the edges.

The green icon used kleki's paintcan to drop green on anything "not
transparent". That means the partly-red anti-aliasing became 100%
green and jagged. ... Not fixing at this time.

add icons into manifest (other icon sizes? it seems to scale down as
  needed, and we don't need to refine the image)
